We generally require at least 3-4 pieces of furniture for pickup consideration.

We do not accept large appliances or electronics, like televisions.

We are not currently accepting entertainment centers, or armoires that double as TV cabinets.

Items that are too heavy to manage may not be considered.

Items must be accessible without obstruction on the ground floor or garage.

Items should be disassembled prior to pickup.

Fragile items should be wrapped carefully (i.e., glass shelving, etc.).

Our drivers have final right-of-refusal on site.

If your items are approved for pickup, our team will schedule a pickup window time slot with you. Time slots fill up quickly and are offered on a first-come first-serve basis.

Pickup windows are Monday – Friday 10am - 1pm and 1pm - 4pm.
